We all know there are beautiful homes in Murrieta's Bear Creek but this one adds a little something because of the half acre lot.  This is a beautiful single story home on the 3rd tee with views of both the golf course and the mountains. The lot is really so very peaceful with trails leading up and down it feels park-like.  Shame there isn't a pool but then Bear Creek does have an outstanding clubhouse.  Built in 1989, this home has fortunately been updated in the kitchen.
