The agent calls this Temecula Estate "The Diamond of Deluz", That might be a slight overstatement but it really is something special.  I will say I was a little hesitant when I saw that it had been built in 1983 however so much had been updated in 2004 it really shows quite nicely. There are still a couple of spots I'd like to see improved (like the tile in the bathroom counters) but the kitchen is spectacularly modernized. the wooden a-frame vaulted ceilings really make it feel like you're on a ranch.  I love the wrap around deck, infinity pool, spa and waterfall and outdoor Kitchen.  The home has a studio like bedroom off the back and a 2 car garage with triple carport. Also a Barn with care takers quarters, its own electric panel and additional parking, storage, and workshop.  My favorite feature? The full bar in the family room.
