This Temecula estate is not in Crown Hill but I know you've seen it if you've ever driven by the elementary school there and is part of a neighborhood of custom homes called The Reserve.  I struggles with posting this home and I don't know why - it's a stunner and there really aren't many custom homes that still feel as if they were in a neighborhood in town.  I mean walking to school from here would be possible. My hesitation wasn't in the specs of the home (which I will get into) but I had a hard time separating the prices of the homes in Crown Hill from this estate. Silly really, especially since it's a huge home clocking in at 6,900 sq ft on over 2 acres of land. And then, the price actually went UP today by $10,000.  So what am I thinking here? Is it a bargain? Possibly... here is the scoop. The kitchen is where people really want to know what is included so it's impressive with  very large pantries plus a butlers pantry, wine fridge, slab granite, high end appliances of course, and a beautiful outdoor fully covered patio for entertaining.  There is a 1000 sq ft game room/bedroom with a full bath, wet bar and private entrance. The master bedroom is downstairs and it too has a separate entrance which I'm not sure I really like. All the bedrooms are en-suite with 2 closets. Of course the flooring is travertine and distressed hardwood. It's missing a pool but it is landscaped. Most estates come in well over $200/sq ft but this one is at $143 so yes, I am listing it here as a good deal. Struggle over...
