This Temecula Wine Country estate found me hesitating to include it in my blog, not because it's not a spectacular home but because it's not a spectacular buy. I mean let's face it - this estate has been equipped with top notch finishes i it's over 5000 sq feet. Special upgrades include Italian tile floors, semi distressed hickory wood flooring & carpet, plantation shutters and upgraded bathrooms with custom stone tiling, The front entry courtyard has an outdoor fireplace with beautiful pavers in the from and back leading up to an oversized four car garage, with epoxy floors. So yes, it has all of the trapping of a great wine country estate.  But my hesitations include the fact that there's really no landscaping done even though the pavers create some beautiful hardscapes. Also, the lot is just under 2 acres, which in wine country is pretty small for this price.  I hate to say this but I'd wait a little for the price to go down a little unless you fall madly, deeply in love with it and then I'd be happy to write up the contract! Who am I to argue?
