This West  Murrieta home in lower Copper Canyon was decorated. Pure and simple they had a designer come in at some point and do it up. Either that or the owner is just one of those people that has the knack of putting things together well.  I do love the layout of this house as it's all well proportioned for modern living with the great room, a full bed and bath on the first floor, and a large bonus room. In addition it has the granite and travertine in the kitchen and the lot itself is a good size. The catch (at this price you know there has to be one) is that the gorgeous view you get off the back of the Santa Rosa Plateau also back to Calle de Oso Oro, which is one of the main entry points for all of Copper Canyon.  While it's not a major thoroughfare, you will get some street noise.  It's a little further up the street away from Washington and the shopping center on the corner across the street but there will still be some traffic that you're just going to have to judge yourself.
