This Temecula home in Crown Hill is an investor flip and it looks like it. The tell tale fresh coat of ubiquitous beige paint and the freshly cleaned (or is it new?) carpeting give it away every time. And as an agent homes like this are extremely easy to show but buyers beware that dealing with investors can be gratifying but tricky. They know what they need to turn to make a profit on this house and they're not going to negotiate. Some even make you sign a deal that drops your appraisal contingency - meaning that if the house appraises for less than what you're purchasing it for, you agree to still buy it at that price. That said, you get a clean ready to go price on a standard escrow period. This house is still a good price for one of the most requested neighborhoods in Temecula and it's a big house coming in at about 3200 sq feet. It's a little vanilla and the only think that's really upgraded are the plantation shutters. The backyard is a little disappointing in the fact that it is literally all cement but it backs an association maintained slope so there is a nice bit of green view at the very least. I'm not jumping up and down about this but I think it's a good home for a decent price. It's just regular vanilla, not fancy French vanilla.
