There's a pool and spa with... wait for it... a 360 vine vineyard.  I love the grassy treed area and the gated entrance and the fact that the house isn't too far into DeLuz, in fact it's off one of the first streets from Rancho California.  The ugly part is the house itself.  Built in 1989 it's not terribly old and some things have been updated like the appliances and flooring in the kitchen, Gag me with the flower wallpaper border in the master and honestly I think the cabinets could use a freshening. But truth be told have you seen the price? With a little paint and decorating this little house could be a true gem! The price was dropped from an initial listing of $479,000 and while it's a short sale, I think that the discount of over $100,000 is truly worth having this house on your list.
