This Temecula Redhawk home is a total steal, in both price and by what the owned has decided to exclude from the sale. It's a short sale that's been on the market since August and has obviously lost it's buyers. The price is really unbelievable for this gated community at $91/sq. foot. It has been upgraded with nice flooring, custom cabinets and crown molding. Where I get a little concerned is when the listing says that the sale excludes "Dishwasher, disposal, fire sprinklers, garage door opener, microwave, etc."  What does that mean? How do you exclude fire sprinklers? Pending clarification from the listing agent (did they mean that it is included rather than excluded?), it's still a pretty good deal on a good interior lot home in one of the more requested areas in Redhawk.
