Murrieta's Greer Ranch seem to have stabilized for a while with no new listings popping up and then suddenly this week I've seen several so now it returns to my lists for potential buyers who love this hilly gated community.  If I had better phone service there I would consider it myself because there's something so lovely about the way the lots are arranged. This house doesn't have anyone behind them on this corner cul de sac lot but the view is off the front yard for sure. Inside you've got the granite in the kitchen and upgraded flooring throughout. In fact other than the lovely dead landscaping ,you can hardly tell that this home is a bank owned property.
