Temecula homes in Morgan Hill aren't really known for their lot sizes but this one, especially at this price, is really nicely sized clocking in at almost 15,000 sq ft! Now there is a slope but it is mostly usable and private.  The house isn't highly upgraded but it is clean, the floorplan is nice, I mean the house isn't exactly small either at 3,000 sq ft. But I rarely see homes in Morgan Hill dropping down less than $100/sq foot so with two banks to negotiate with I will be interested to see if they approve this price. If they do then the nickname for Morgan Hill (Mortgage Hill) won't really apply anymore and you'll be getting a great deal.
