You know how unpredictable the homes are in Temecula's Meadowview.  They can range from old horrid ranch style to new McMansions. This hits a little closer to the first extreme but I can say that it's been partially upgraded and aside from some kitchen work is pretty nice. OK, I'm not fooling you. That's all just Realtor speak for it needs some work.  BUT it's an unbelievable price for a home in the middle of Temecula with nearly a 3/4 acre lot. And it's not on the outside busy loop of Meadowview but on a interior street - not on the meadow but a cul de sac at least.  If you've been dying to be in this neighborhood and don't mind a little work this house has a lot of potential.
