This Temecula Harveston home has something most of them don't and that a low price of $104/sq foot. It is the best lot? No, there's another I almost posted (and might later in the week) that has a much bigger lot but is much smaller and less upgraded than this one. So dollar for dollar, this ends up being the best deal. Most of my buyers who like Harveston don't buy for the generous home spacing so it's really more about what the interior of the home has to offer that makes or breaks the deal.  Minty? Yes, tragically the kitchen and family area is a pale green that went wrong and honestly looks like my son's favorite ice cream flavor. But that's just paint. The kitchen has travertine counters and wood and tile flooring plus upgraded carpet. Downstairs has a bedroom with a full bath as well, something that's requested a lot. It's even got 4 more bedrooms upstairs with two built in desks at the top of the stairs for homework.  All in all, it's the best deal I've seen in Harveston for a while.
