This huge house in Morgan Valley really is a perfect family home. The layout is generous. The neighborhood is great. The lot is 12,000 sq feet on a cul de sac. Inside are granite counters an backslash with stainless steel appliances and great neutral paint. I do worry a bit when in the write up the agent says "Bring your personal touches to the backyard". In regular, non-Realtor language that translates to "the backyard needs work, possibly from scratch". Need lights? You're going to because the owner is taking all of the ceiling fans, ceiling lights and the front porch lights in addition to the speakers, hanging storage and cabinets in the garage. And I'm going to tell you - that it's ok because this is the lowest I have seen this particular model sell for. Pick your battles... get a house with lights OR get a smoking deal on a house and go buy your own lights.
