This is a great home in Temecula's Paseo Del Sol and I'm going to go further and say it's one of the better bargains I've seen this week at $100/sq foot.  It's full upgraded with granite counters, custom cabinets, wood floors, chair railing and plantation shutters. The lot is't huge but there aren't any neighbors behind you, just a residential street (not a thoroughfare). And of course there's the fact that you're going onto a cul de sac street that has a large green belt at the end of it, not to mention the fact that you're spitting distance from the elementary school without having to be right on it. Great location, great price, beautiful house. Oh and the rock wall? normally I'm not a big fan of rock walls inside of a home but there is one in the dining room and I will admit that it's beautifully done.
