This Murrieta Bear Creek home kind of stumped me. It really is a home but with the extra premium added for the neighborhood (yes, Bear Creek homes just cost more), it threw it into the Estate category of homes over $500,000. But forget it - it's my site so I'm saying that this is just an expensive house. But it is a beauty of a bank owned home let me tell you. It's got all of the upgrades with granite counters, stainless steel appliances and beautifully vaulted ceilings. The house itself back the golf course (don't know if you will get balls of not) and the outdoors is meant for entertaining.  The pool literally goes up to the back fence with great views so your guests can stay in the 1 bedroom casita Palm Springs style. So it could have gone into the estates because it does have all the trappings but with the size at 3,400 sq ft on a lot of 10,000 sq ft. I felt better labeling it one amazing home.
