This Temecula Morgan Hill home really has some spectacular views.  Morgan Hill is tricky because the interior lots can be, well, disappointing. This isn't one of those.  Where it does fall a little short from the majority of homes here in the area is on the interior where the stunning lack of upgrades can be found.  But if you're of the mind set where location is prime (it's the only thing you can't change about your house) then you're in for a treat on this one. And let's face it, this 5 bedroom plus den house comes in at over 3,100 sq. ft. so it you have to add a little granite I'm going to say do it! This is a pretty good short sale price for what your getting in the neighborhood most requested of me.
