I'm going to say that there's not a lot to write about on this Temecula home located in the last association on Hwy 79 before you hit custom homes. I'll be honest about a couple of things. The first is that this house has a really great layout. The rooms are well proportioned and there's a huge loft upstairs. This happens also to be one of the few homes in the neighborhood I will do a write up on in this neighborhood because it's in a premier location with a view across a green valley up to Morgan Hill. That said, it's priced higher than the homes here were this time last year -to be expected,but it's not a highly requested neighborhood either because it's sort of a stand-alone area without amenities. It's also got a smaller yard. So I guess if you're not into labels and want a big beautiful home, this might be right for you, but if you're looking for a little more bang for your buck (and for your $80/month association dues), let's just keep looking.
