This Temecula home is exactly one of the McMansions that were selling for mucho bucks (about $760,000 to be exact) when the market was high that suffered the most when the market dropped. Built in 2006 it concerns me deeply to read that there is deferred maintenance on the property - honestly I think that's a little extreme. Some of the carpets certainly aren't looking new anymore but there's some nice tile in the kitchen, granite counters, upgraded cabinets and a wrought iron stairwell.  I'm not a huge fan of Wolf Creek, not because of the layout of the homes - they are great - but because of it's proximity to Pechanga and the fact that it's in a valley rather than up in the hills. That said, this was originally listed at $469,000 but the price has been dropped considerably to make it my bargain of the week. It's 4500 sq. feet  and 3 stories tall so if you really need a big house and want to be in the Greak Oak High School boundaries (one of my most requested schools) this might be the bargain you've been waiting for.
